We’ve Made Some Changes

On December 1, 2007 we moved our office to a new location in downtown Idaho Falls. We are now located just one block from the Snake River falls and the greenbelt. We were experiencing growing pains at our other building and this facility meets our needs much better.
Our new facility is larger and has a great conference training room where we can hold classes. We have cooking classes, first aid classes, health classes and water classes planned for the next few months, so stay tuned as we get these put together for you! more…

By the time you are reading this the Holiday Season will be upon us. It’s a joyous time of year when we get together with our friends and loved ones to celebrate. Unfortunately it is also a time of year that brings much stress. This stress and the changes in routines and diet tend to weaken our immune system and make us more susceptible to sickness. more…

With the elections upon us and so many friends and relatives talking about their frustrations with American politics and such I thought that I’d share with you one of the best speeches that I’ve read. I think that it’s truly time for Americans to stand up for what we believe in and let our leaders know that we expect them to be great leaders rather than continuing with the greed and “politics” that we’ve seen to date. more…

This past summer I was also introduced to what is undisputedly the best water ionizer/generator system on the planet. It is approved as a Medical Device by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (equivalent to our FDA). These units produce what is call “Kangen” water in Japan. This incredible equipment has been used in Japanese hospitals for over 30 years and is endorsed by such medical stars as Hiromi Shinya, M.D. who is considered the top gastrointestinal expert in the world. (Do a Google search on this guy and you’ll see what I mean by “star”) I viewed a video of several colonoscopies performed by Dr. Shinya showing people with every type of colon problem imaginable and then another 30 to 90 days later showing the impact drinking this Kangen water has had on their colons. I can assure you that it was absolutely incredible. more…

Dear Friends,

I hope that you’ve enjoyed a spectacular summer and all of the activities that go along with it. I’ve been enjoying the summer with lots of camping, hiking, ATVing, horseback riding, fishing, golfing and other activities that I enjoy. This summer I also picked up the BEST book that I’ve ever read on the subject of health and nutrition. I wanted to share this book with you because I’ve no doubt that it will prove to be the best advice on health and nutrition that you will ever have. more…

Hi Dave,

Although I’m probably not the first to report this to you, I thought you might find this of interest. After 6 days of C-Herb ingestion according to protocol, I treated a skin lesion, probably a basal cell ca, two mm in size, with topical application of the C-Herb per protocol. Within 16 hours, a white ring had formed with the red halo around it. Looks like the internal enhances the performance of the topical C-Herb. I have the China Study and, you’re right, a valuable report and reference. Enjoyed your latest newsletter. Thanks again for making C-Herb available.

Every once in a while someone shares a really good tip with me. Here are three that I recently jotted down. I’ve tried the Mosquito and Ant ones and both work well for me and the safety tip makes a lot of sense too. more…

Brands Of Guacamole That You May Want To Avoid

A recent study conducted by the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) indicates that some popular brands of guacamole contain only trace amounts of avocado, the health-promoting fruit that has traditionally served as the main ingredient in authentic guacamole recipes.

This finding is a terrible shame, since guacamole made with real avocados is one of the healthiest dips that we can eat. Avocados are abundant in vitamin E, lutein (extremely important for preserving eyesight), potassium, and dietary fiber. Avocados are also rich in healthy fats, which are essential to allowing our bodies to absorb fat-soluble nutrients such as beta-carotene and vitamin A. more…
